How does the monthly generation allowance work?+
A full first generation uses more of the allowance than a focused edit or fix. The usage meter shows exact consumption, so you can see how each request affects the monthly total.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from the billing panel and keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. Your projects remain in your account.
Do you offer refunds?+
Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable consumer law. The Refund Policy explains the withdrawal process and any exceptions.
What happens to my apps if I downgrade?+
They stay yours and stay in your account. If you want local copies, export your source while on a paid plan, exporting is a paid feature.
Do prices include VAT?+
Paddle is our merchant of record: any applicable tax for your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
What payment methods can I use?+
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay depending on your country, all handled securely by Paddle. We never see your card details.
